So the point of this audit is to highlight what we can and can't do... While I could technically unwrap and skin I know that it would take me a ridiculous amount of time and the results wouldn't be great so I'll just work on the 3/4 view and have a good start on the group projects pre production.
Here's the link for the pre production document if you'd like to see what we're getting up to.

Walk Cycle
A simple walk on the spot, I think it loops alright...

Starting the Jump
Started the jump, it's not much but I thought I'd put it up to show progress. He's going to jump onto the box and then off the other side rather than straight over.
I don't even...
Honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing, it still lets me move and animate the head but the second I toggled animation on this happened D: It won't let me move the limbs around to fix it either...

3 point lighting
Before lighting.
Shadow on the ground seems a little harsh.
Final, the shadows seem a bit too soft, might revisit this later.
Noon Lighting
I added in a before lighting picture for comparison, I used a daylight lighting system set to about 11:20am. I really enjoyed lighting this! I'll have to play around with lighting more often :)

Low Poly Gun
I don't think I've done this quite right, the tri count is at 1,311... The front of the gun is a bit off but I wasn't 100% sure if the gun was supposed to be smooth at the front or have obvious sectioning.

Front and Side
Just realised how crazy fat I made one of the forearms. I'll fix that later.
Edit: quick fix.
3/4 view in progress
Front View
A lot rougher than the side view, I don't like it but I think it works as reference for a 3d model alongside the side view.
A small, plump, flying creature...
“A small, plump, flying creature between two and four feet long. These creatures have pink, burnt-flesh coloured skin, and their eyes are on stalks protruding from their heads. They have razor sharp teeth and a stinger.”
I was thinking about sharp teeth and one of the first things that came to my mind was a baboon, so I thought a bit more about how I could use baboon style teeth and I came to the conclusion of making a rainforest/savannah hybrid creature. I followed the idea through and completed this side view in one sitting, front and 3/4 view coming soon.
